Learn & Get Involved

There's a lot to the Grand River watershed. And there are lots of ways to learn about it.

• Children can learn about the environment at our Nature Centres, where we offer curriculum-based outdoor education and other programs.
• Children's water festivals help children learn the importance of water and how to protect it. These festivals are part of the school program in communities throughout the watershed.
• Families can download nature activities they can do at home.
• Our Watershed Awards have honored individuals, groups and others who worked to make the Grand River watershed a healthier place.
